How can i make Top-Header Banner?

Just like the Example Site ( Black Fridays ), i want to make Over-Header Banner. How can i make that?

You can add that header banner from the Theme Settings >> Shop >> HEADER BANNER.

You just have to simply define a row in Wp-Bakery builder and set a background image in your html-block.
