When you show the mega block on hover as it is now, you cannot go to the place by diagonal direction. That is why you need to set a showing block on click. Please find the instructions on how to show the mega menu block on click “Open on mouse event – allows to set hover or click event on the menu item, in result Mega menu block would appear on hover or click;”

It is not possible to do it on hover. Any drop-down menu on hover works in the same way. You can check the default drop-down menu of WordPress on any default theme and see that this is the way it works. When you have megamenu blocks it is not possible to use it on hover that is why click option has been provided.
