How can I set font like attched screenshot.

1. I’m attaching a screenshot that some other template typography settings. I want to set up typography like that. how can I do that?

2. how can set h1,h2,h3, and Large, small medium font sizes, and line height separately?

I have two questions. I want answers for both.
