How can I turn on Captcha in register page

I have installed reCAPTCHA plugin. It’s work on Login page but It don’t work in Register page
Can you help me how to fix it

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress theme like twentysixteen to understand is it our theme issue or not? Send us a screenshot, please.
