I am trying to update the font of the main menu to Open Sans but it does not work.
what can I do?

The font is applied, but it doesn’t work because it doesn’t support this language. You can try to add some menu item in English for example and check the result.
But Google Fonts supports Open Sans in Hebrew.
How can I fix it?
If I have the font files, what is the best way to implement it?

As we said, Open Sans font is correctly loaded and applied on your website. You can check if it is a language problem adding some English word to the menu.

But I have another issue, Please look at Google Fonts:

As you can see, Assistant supported by Google Fonts in Hebrew but I can not find it in the list of Navigation font.
How can I update the list?
