how can one of the filter sections be applied only in a specific section? for example, change the Filter By Brands filter only in the https://mediamart.by/product-category/smartphones/ section, but not apply it in the https://mediamart.by/product-category/smartphones/apple-iphone/ sections and subsequent ones

To proceed, please utilize the custom layout feature for the various categories and select the appropriate sidebars within those layouts.

When creating the layout, ensure that you set the conditions to specify which categories the layout should be displayed on. Please refer to the attached screenshot for clarification.
