I want show main catagory at left and sub catagory at list right with header wording catagory name
How should i do?

Left side is main catagory like safety equipment then right side is sub catagory like helmet / reflective vest / glove etc.

the topic is
1. i want adjust sizing main catagory , same as picture high and width
2. i want sub catagory moving to position same as picture with 5 column 2 row
3. cuting catagory name bolow picture
4. making top tab for click show all product.

Our support does not cover creating the templates as per requirements. You can show the categories either by Product Category element or creating rows and columns template.

Create a separate page, switch to the classic mode, then into the text mode and insert.
