How do I create "Text under image" like in the demo website?

Hi there, please assist me on how to insert the “Text under image” element on my home page.
By “Text under image”, I mean like the examples on woodmart website (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/portfolio/?opt=portfolio_under_image)?
I have provided screenshots of my initial image and what I’d like it to change.

Your question is not clear enough. Are you trying to display just image and text or product/project?
You can change the style of the portfolio (projects) in the Theme settings > Portfolio.
If you want to add an element similar to Portfolio, you can add Promo banner element and configure http://prntscr.com/kwjsct
If you want to display product grid, follow the instructions and find the design text under image https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/product-grid-carousel-element/

basically, I just want promo banners exactly like the one in the image. And I want it to have a custom link. Thats it. (I tried adding promo banner, but it won’t allow me to make exactly the same as the image or have the text under the image)
