How do I edit my header

Hi,
Since I update my theme I cannot find how to edit my header. I know there is new feature that says header builder but it is completely empty. I just want to add an image on the right side of the header opposite the logo with a link. Can you please help me on how to do that…

I actually figured out that a plugin was causing the issue.
I have a question though.
I want to add another logo on the right side that will link somewhere else. I noticed that if you add a logo it automatically links to the home page. Can I change where my other logo will link?
