How do I modify the sidebar menu of this theme

Hello, I’d like to change the menu in this left sidebar. I couldn’t find where to edit it on the homepage or in the Woodmart header builder. Where can I access the settings to modify it

This is called Sticky Navigation with the mega menu added. You can navigate to Theme Settings > General > Sticky Navigation > check the menu. You can read more about it here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/sticky-navigation/
