Your screen shows the HTML block. This HTML block is used as mega menu block https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#mega_menu
You need to enter your menu, check which HTML block has been used, find it, and edit.
You can change the colors in the Theme Settings > Styles and colors. There are elements that contain the option for the color or background color, for example, Product AJAX Tab.

How show random products in shop page?

Woocommerce does not provide the option to show random products. They are sorted by default.
You can change the default sorting: https://prnt.sc/tmdwy7 in Appearance > Customimize > Woocommerce > Product catalog.
