How I can change or remove the filters on the “Product archive layout” Page

Hi, I’d like to know how I can change or remove the filters on the “Product archive layout” page… For example, I would like to remove the “stock status” part … And change other filters, filter by colors, products… how can I do that?

Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > Add or remove the widget from the shop page widget area.
