How to add Google Map Key in JavaScripts

I tried to the instruction link to add Google map key, but when i input in my theme, and published page with google map…. then it loaded and showing “Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details.”

How is the solution to add google map.
