How to add highlights into the products?

I can not find the Highlighted products checkbox. See the below screenshot.
Can you provide the screenshot? Where is it?

Our demo shows two columns having the Product Gind in each, one column shows one product with the option and the second column has the rest products.

So if you want to show one highlighted product follow the same way.
