How to add Language & country options in my site

In my theme, there is no Language & Country options in my default theme. Please give me the solutions how can I solve this.

First of all thanks for choosing our Theme, we are glad to be you in the WoodMart WordPress family :-).
The language select options come with WPML. Means you need to translate your website using WPML to use the language changing options.
