How to add right side content in header

Hi, I am having trouble figuring out how to add right side content in my header..

Hello,

The header layout you have set now does not provide the option to place a text in the right side of the logo.

Please have a look a the screen: http://prntscr.com/jxbtqs Top bar right area is for top bar menu configured in appearance > menu

The right area of the logo is for the cart, wishlist and My Account.

You can add text/shortcode to the left.
