how to add single product page extra popup element

my website is https://presentsolution.lk/ a electronic store , i need to add a extra popup information element for showing bank offers and installments plans different for each products in the store, i have attached a video that how i want, the example video that i submitted also developed by same theme woodmart by other person, i want same like that , could you advice me.

can you tell me how to use popup element in woodmart theme, after i gave HTML page id in required id place, its shows blank , i have attached a screenshot, when its asking id what kind id should i give? if its html block , give me example of format

You can configure the promo popup in Theme Settings > General > Promo Popup.
You need to create a HTML Blocks and add the popup content in the page builder.
