How to build HTML block with elementor

Hi,

im looking to add a new section in my single product page, but i cant seem to use elementor to build a section for it
please advice. I have inserted the current single product page link and a screenshot of what im looking to add its the “how does it work” section under the product images and description and above the related products

Please Go to Elementor >> Settings and enable HTML Block.
