How to Change Header Text

I have already purchased Basel theme and activated the Lighting theme. I need to change the header text. can you please explain how to change it

As far as I understand the text is from the Header widget. Please navigate to Appearance > Widgets and find the Widget area in the Header. https://prnt.sc/rkmlaw You will find the HTML block widget inside, check which HTML block is applied, find and edit it in the Dashboard > HTML block https://prnt.sc/rkmm3q

You will see HTML block is a WP bakery page builder template. https://xtemos.com/docs/basel/html-blocks/
