how to change the pop up and banner promo

hi, where to set up the pop up it doesnt come out every time
banner promo is it under Theme Settings > General > Header Promo but It doesnt work after I changed it .

01. You can edit the Promo Popup easily from Theme Settings >> General >> Promo Popup >> https://ibb.co/16GfmMk
02. Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9. Edit the Text/HTML element and edit this text.
