Please check the Theme Settings > General > Header banner, if this content is in the banner, just disable it. Alternatively, this content may be in the top row of the Header builder, in this case, disable the row for all the devices in the row settings: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/header-rows-and-columns-configuration/
