I saw the screenshots you attached.

1) To edit the headings of best sellers, featured, and sales you need to edit the page and edit the products tabs module of Wp-Bakery Page Builder.

2) To change the color of the top bar you need to Go to WoodMart >> Header Builder >> Edit Header >> Top bar.

3) To change the color schemes you need to Go to Theme Settings >> Styles & Colors >> Primary Color.
