How to choose parent categories only?

I need to pick only parents categories to show on the home shop page. As I see all of the categories are selected. Where can I change that?

Sorry to say but right now for the Product Categories element of the Theme, it doesn’t have an option specifically for Parent Categories showing but it has the Custom query Data source available in which you can select the Categories that you want to show specifically: https://snipboard.io/K1T5tn.jpg

So, you can avail that option and select the Categories which you want to show.

Sorry to say but it seems that you are using two Page Builders (i.e. Elementor & WPBakery) at the same time on your Site which is incorrect. Kindly, use only one Page Builder plugin on your Site either Elementor or WPBakery, specifically the one of which you have imported the Demo with and deactivate the other one.

Then try editing the element of the Product Categories, hopefully you won’t find any issues by then.

If you still somehow face issues, then kindly please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

Sorry to say but right now on your Homepage we can’t seem to find that Category Section that you referenced earlier. Also, we have checked the HTML Blocks too but can’t find such Block with Categories. So, kindly please share that specific Page URL with us on which you are facing the issue.

We have checked your Site and found out that the Page that you are referring to is the WooCommerce Shop page.

By default, WooCommerce doesn’t allow these pages to edit with the page builder Plugins which is why the Elements aren’t editable there.

So, you can try using the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a Custom Archive pages layout > and in that you can then control the Elements including the Product Categories too like you referenced. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/shop-page-builder/
