How To Configure Homepage

Hello,

Tried searching the forum but didn’t quite find a clear answer to this – I bought the Basel theme with the purpose of using the “Cosmetics” setting (or child theme?) but I can’t seem to find it anywhere, my home page is just blank or whatever static page I set it to.

Sorry for the rudimentary question, I know there’s something super obvious I’m missing. Thanks!
