how to add the content below the buy button, also how to add content as shown on the image below, like how to add the table like big boxed as shown and also how to add a link text as shown on 1st image circled if clicked it shows as a popup as shown on 2nd image

You can try adding the content in the Before/After add to cart text area under Theme Settings >> Product Page.
