Regarding support, you can contact our support team by submitting a ticket through the WoodMart support forum. This is the official WoodMart support system where you can create a ticket and get assistance with theme-related issues.

Regarding the woodmart.zip upload, you normally don’t need to upload the ZIP directly to the WordPress server. If you’re getting an error while uploading it through Appearance > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme, please send me a screenshot of the error, and I’ll guide you through the correct installation method.

1. I can’t upload woodmart.zip , u can check the attachment, the upload method is correct.
2. I heard there is woodmart.zip and woodmart-child.zip, but now I only find woodmart.zip, if it is ok for just uploading woodmart.zip?
