1. This is an information box widget in the page builder. Go to pages > edit page with page builder and use the information box.

Thank you for the information.

I have got a new troubles after when I updated your theme.
1) When I make the screen smaller the product grid width is 80% and when I increase the screen again the sidebar is gone.
2) The footer displays the wrong column order. In mobile, it should be in 4 columns down, but not in one line.

Please recreate the custom layouts and check the responsive settings in elementor and check the issue.

If the issue remains deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

Under the Dashboard > Layouts > there was a Custom Layout enabled for the archive page that was causing the issue.

So, for the time being we have disabled the old Archive layout and created a new layout. It is working fine.
Sometimes, an outdated or incompatible plugin could have caused problems.

Unfortunately, the issue is still unsolved. I created a new layer but nothing has changed.
Also, I deactivated plugins except those that you wrote before.
Finally, when I wrote the code to separate a landscape screen into 2 columns in vertical mode the section still separated into 2 columns.
