How to create a custom menu on mobile?

How are they? I have managed to create a custom menu with the desktop version (hover over “Mochilas”) But I have not been able to create a similar version on mobile.

I attach a short video privately showing my store and then (in the same video) another web page that has that functionality that I want to replicate
