How to Create a Form Popup using Woodmart theme

Hello everyone,

Can you please help me to create a form popup with four fields (full name, address, phone number, city) that appears when someone clicks the “Buy Now” button in the product page? After submitting the form, I would like the user to be redirected to a thank-you page.

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
