how to create a transparent header

i wanted to create a transparent header like the attached image and refer and link https://www.swiggy.com/ , but i also want to make it sticky header how is it posible?

Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon), or you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9
