how to create menu like main menu?

i want to create menu like this >> https://ibb.co/6N7WZ06 (show detail of menu when mouse hover)

I try to create menu selector with

1. create The selector html block
2. create selector menu >> insert The selector html block
3. insert selector menu in header >> setup to underline

but when i click menu it go to new page. Can you teach me how to create menu like main menu?

You need to create HTML block and choose this block from the drop-down in the menu item.
