To do this, firstly you need to create an empty page and choose it as a Portfolio in Theme Settings -> Portfolio -> Portfolio page. Then add your projects with images and texts in Dashboard -> Projects -> Add New

ok i added 17 project but nothing appears in the all tab is not working

Make sure that the settings are configured correctly.
Clear the cache in your browser and try again.
If the problem remains Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin access so we can check it?

The tabs you are talking about are actually the Display categories list that allows you to filter your portfolio projects.because you have created 8 categories and all categories are showing in filter style.
This option is disabled in Theme Setting> Portfolio> Portfolio Archive> Show categories filters
