How to Delete the Mega Menu Extension of HTML Blocks?

I Tried to Delete just the HTML Block attached to the Menu.
see my website Top right Menu. when you hover over the Leather Category the link is still there and the HTML Block still highlights and blocks the slider. How to fix or remove them completely and fast thanks a bunch.
