how to disable category names

How to exclude titles so that only the title remains

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

Please Go to Theme Settings >> Products Archive >> Page Title and disable categories in page title.

Hello,

I saw the screenshot you attached.

It seems that you are using the old version of the Theme. In your case the option will be under Theme Settings >> Shop >> Sidebar & Page title.
