How to display vendor delivery info per product (Woodmart Marketplace 2)

I am using Woodmart Marketplace 2 (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/marketplace2/) together with Dokan. On my platform, each vendor has different delivery policies (some offer store pickup, some have their own delivery terms).

What I would like to achieve is:

On each product page, display the delivery details specific to the vendor who owns that product.

For example, if Vendor A offers local delivery within X hours and Vendor B offers only in-store pickup, those details should appear directly on their product pages.

Currently, I have configured both “delivery” and “store pickup” as options on the platform, but I need to show custom vendor-specific delivery information at product level.

Could you please advise what is the best way to implement this in Woodmart Marketplace 2?

Currently, Woodmart doesn’t provide a built-in option to show different delivery rules per vendor. Maybe there is an option from the Dokan plugin settings, please ask the plugin author support about this issue and how to add the additional vendor delivery info per product, they will guide you properly.

Here is the answear from the Dokan support dept. I have that option disabled ( disable shipping tab ) but still, this demo ( marketplace 2) doesn’t show the shipping tab anywere. So the dokan plugin provides that information. The problem is that the theme doesn’t show that information on the product page.

About displaying vendor shipping policies on the product page and if there’s a shortcode or template tag for this.
Answer
There isn’t a shortcode or template tag for this at the moment, but as long as the vendors have added their shipping policies, these will automatically appear on the single product page under the Shipping tab. Here’s a screenshot showing how it looks: example screenshot.

If you don’t see it, please make sure that the Shipping tab hasn’t been disabled from the product page. You can check this in WP Admin → Dokan → Settings → Selling Options. Here’s a reference screenshot: settings screenshot. Once those settings are in place, customers will be able to view the vendor’s shipping coverage and delivery conditions directly on the product page.

You are using custom layouts for a single product page, which is why it is not working. Navigate to Layouts > edit single product page layout, and add the products tabs widget to show this: https://ibb.co/twf60QBj
