    Hello,

how can I edit the layout of specific brand pages(look here: https://ivoltbg.info/marka/gamakabel/)? When a product has a brand assigned and I click on the brand name, it redirects to a page showing only products from that brand, which is expected.

I would like to know how and where I can edit the layout of that page, as well as how to change the URL slug from “marka” to “brand”.

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hi ivoltbg,

    Thanks for reaching to us.

    1. You can select condition like this to create archive page for brand attribute https://ibb.co/yTGGGXs

    2. You can edit attribute to change the slug.

    Kind Regards,
    Hung PD

    Hi,

This would significantly complicate the process going forward, especially since I offer 50+ brands and new ones are constantly being added.
Isn’t there an easier and more automated way to display the products for each brand, like here:

    First, check this page: https://ivolt.bg/brands.html
Then click on any brand to see how it displays all the products.

Could you help me set something like this up?

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hi ivoltbg,

There are 2 methods to do that:

+ Try to enable archives for the Brandshttps://prnt.sc/4h2NPnu75uWM and then check how it works.

+ You can use Brands widget for normal pages.

You can take a look Brands widget as I mentioned above. https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-brands/

    Hello,

I followed your instructions, read the documentation, and applied the changes, but unfortunately, I’m still getting an error when clicking on a brand — it seems that no page is associated with the brands. I also tried using an HTML block, but it didn’t work either. Could you please assist me further? Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hi ivoltbg,

You are using a Custom Product layout, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Simply go to Layouts > Edit Product Layout > and remove that section.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Hello,

I deactivated the layout Product archive layout category Marketplace 2, which is for “Products archive”, and cleared both the browser and server cache, but unfortunately the brand categories in the menu still remain. Could you please assist me with removing them? See for example this link: https://ivoltbg.info/brand/e-next/
I am also attaching a screenshot.

    Kind regards,
    Nikola

Update: I reverted the settings because, in the way described above, the categories are removed everywhere, which shouldn’t happen. What exactly should I edit in order to get the desired result, as I can’t figure it out from the documentation?

    Nikola

    Hi ivoltbg,

    Thanks for your patience.

It because the layout applied to all archive pages. You can create new layout and apply for specific terms https://ibb.co/HDQs8ypk

    Hello,

This is very time-consuming, and I have to add it every time I add or remove a brand… If I have 200 brands, how do you imagine this would work, especially since the portfolio is constantly being updated? Please share with me a more automated solution.

    Best regards,
    Nikola

    Hi ivoltbg,

You can apply custom layout to Attributes, then it will apply to all terms of that attribute.

    Hi,

thank you for the recommendation. I created a Layout called Brands and modified it a bit inside, but unfortunately, even after clearing the cache, the live view is not the same as in Elementor. Why is that? Could you check and help me?

    Best regards, Nikola

    Hello,

on Elementor I changed the design, but it is not applied as you can see in the website. The layout is named Brands. You can open it from the admin panel to see how it looks like and I am attaching you here a screenshot from the web part.

    Hello,

in this case instead of categories at the top of the menu and the products of selected brand below, I have placed a “grid” with brands at the top and the products of the selected brand underneath. The question now is whether you can see this grid with brands at the top and the products below, or not, since on the Layout page I placed the Brands Grid at the very top instead of categories like in main menu with products.

Could you check if everything is showing correctly or if I might have missed something?

    Thanks in advance!

    Update:

    Hello,

I managed to do it. Please check and let me know if I implemented everything correctly.

I also have a question: how can I now add this link as a button in the menu from the picture after clicking on a specific brand?

    Hello,

can’t we create a layout like this one: https://ivoltbg.info/our-partners/
(see at the bottom how the brands are shown) and then duplicate this layout (https://ivoltbg.info/our-partners/
), name it “Brands”, and add it to the menu I showed you in the previous screenshot?

    Best regards, Nikola

    Hi,

I’ll give it a try. However, I can’t understand how, without me doing anything, the link with this brand suddenly disappeared and can’t be found… Could you help me? I’ve mentioned this brand as an attribute in three products, but in the picture it actually shows only two, and separately there’s a 404 error when trying to access it… Why?

    Hi,

The issue with the brands is resolved — when I click on a given brand, it now takes me to a page with all the products for that brand. That’s fine. Thank you.

The other problem I recorded here: https://somup.com/cTQhio8CaI
It’s that in the attributes of this brand, it shows 2 results, i.e. 2 products with this brand, but in reality there are 3, as I point out in the video. Why is this happening?

    Best regards,
    Nikola
