how to edit default model

most of the pages created automatically by the theme (Food page) are using the default model. I’m using gutenberg as editor. I’d like to find and edit the default model. Where can I find it ?

Automatically created pages use the default layout settings from Theme Settings — there isn’t a separate editable “default page template.”
You can customize the layout by going to Theme Settings:
Sidebar / Sidebar Position – adjust if the page should have a sidebar or be full-width > Page Title – enable, disable, or style the page title area. Other layout options – like content width, spacing, and header settings.
If you want to make custom changes in a specific page, check the page settings options:
