How to edit footer, brands not showing

How do I edit this footer that was put in for us, I have attached a pic.

I saw the screenshot you attached. To Edit the brands in the footer. You need to edit the HTML Block used in the Prefooter area under Theme Settings >> Footer.

You sure, because you guys put this brand bar down there, I did not, the footer you see is a made footer, contains no brands or anything. If you saying still that is the footer to edit, then so be it, thank you!

The element is coming from the HTML Block added in the prefooter area.

As I mentioned in my previous reply, to edit the HTML block used in the Prefooter area under Theme Settings >> Footer.

If you are still unable to edit then provide the admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Thank you but that block doesnt exist in WP, is this a theme block? If so where are they located?

Thank you, its bad when someone clicks on it and there are no products.

I also deleted it out of brands, so I thought it updates automatically, again, Xtemos enabled it, which we love, very nice, but we dont know how it was done. Please help.

Hello,

The HTML Blocks are theme elements not WordPress. You can find the HTML Block under Dashboard >> HTML Blocks.

You need to assign products to each brand, So when you click the brand the products of the specific brand will load.

If you still have any issues finding the blocks then provide with admin panel login details of the website to check it myself and help you out accordingly.

Please if you can login and look, this block is not there. I promise I looked.

Its baffling to us, but every product is correctly linked to its corresponding brand, please see, login info below, we really appreciate this.

I have logged into your website and the HTML Block is there. You need to Go to Dashboard >> HTML Blocks and edit the block as mentioned in the screenshot.
