How to edit glitched sections?

Good evening,

I recently purchased the Basel theme and I am new to using WordPress etc. I have installed the theme by following your instructions + the Dark dummy content. There are some sections that have not loaded the colour scheme correctly, please review the screenshot attached and assist. Thank you.
