You can edit the Popup (its content is created by HTML blocks: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ ) in the Theme Settings > General > Promo popup.

1. Find the HTML block by the shortcode in Theme Settings > General > Promo popup.

2. Edit it in the builder that your site uses.
