You can edit the Popup (its content is created by HTML blocks: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/ ) in the Theme Settings > General > Promo popup.

These promo pop-up templates work with the “WPBakery page builder”. but if you want to upload some templates for the Elementor use the theme library and import the popup template.

You can change the menu color and hover through Theme Settings -> Typography -> Advanced typography -> create a new rule with the “Main navigation links” item.

To change the Background Color of the Browse Categories Menu, you need to go to Dashboard > Woodmart > Header Builder > there edit your Header > then edit the Categories Menu widget there > in that go to style tab > there you can define the Color under the Background Settings.

To change the icon color, share the page URL so I will check and give you a custom css code.
