July 21, 2026 at 2:45 pm #724091Hello,
01. Navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit current Header > Click on the Settings button > Sticky header tab and configure the sticky header settings: https://ibb.co/Mxk68LTN
Also, please check this manual:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-enable-sticky-header-option/02. To edit the mobile header, navigate to WoodMart > Header Builder > Edit Default Header > Switch to Mobile Layout view
You will find the mobile header elements there and can customize them accordingly.

Unfortunately, I am unable to visit your site at the moment due to maintenance mode to see the sticky header effect on your site.
Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful screenshots so that we can better understand and reproduce this on your site and assist you accordingly with what you actually want?
Also, Please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

July 22, 2026 at 9:37 am #724131Hello,
The sticky header uses the same header layout that you have created in the Header Builder by default.
Currently, you have the Sticky Header Clone option enabled. When this option is enabled, the sticky header automatically clones specific elements from your regular header and displays them in a single-row sticky layout.
https://postimg.cc/jLcVNV6FIf you disable the Sticky Header Clone option and instead make the desired header row sticky, the sticky header will display the same row exactly as it appears in your default header.
Also, in your current Header Builder layout, the Search element has already been added, which is why it is also visible in the sticky header.
If your goal is to have a different set of elements in the sticky header (for example, remove the Cart icon or show only the Search icon), please let us know your desired layout, and we’ll be happy to guide you further.
Best Regards
