By default, Woocommerce does not have this option and our theme does not have either. You will have to find a plugin for this purpose.

This is the default Woocommerce functionality: the product added to the cart, when you go to the cart, you see the option to get to the checkout.

I am checking your site and it seems you mean the page title on the shopping cart. You can enable the title in the page: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/product-page-options/#local_settings
