How to filter product display in Ajax Product Tab

I would like to filter the product display in Ajax Product Tab, each tab just display one product category or “tag”.
I cannot found any document or shortcode about this element.

Product Grid and Product Tab have the same settings for displaying product by tag or category or ID.
