How to get content to sow ABOVE listings in Categories?

Hey team,
I have a huge question to ask. Why does the content NOT show before the category listings like it used to?

You see the content shows up after the listings, where no one reads, I once had it above the listings? How can I do this, is it in the theme settings?
I also attached a pic.

I have also put just ONE html block as advised, and it still shows below the listings.

Seems you have already found the option which moves the Category description at the top, before the products. Now I see it is on the top. https://prnt.sc/r9m7rh
