How to get quotation with options instead of card

Hi, a client of mine requests a quotation instead of actual prices.
Is there something that this can achieve?

Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that.

It requires customizations and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.

You can try finding a plugin for that.
