How to grey out or hide out of stock variation?

Hi,

Could you advise on how to grey out or hide out of stock variation?

I have tried checking the hide out of stock items from catalog in woocommerce>settings>product>inventory but cannot work.

I also tried a filter but cannot grey out either.

Hello,

Sorry, but it is not possible with WooCommerce. If the variation exists, it will be shown even if it is out of stock. If you want to hide it, just remove it from the product.
