How to hide header and footer on certain pages

I’ve created some landing pages and I want to remove the header and footer from these pages to reduce diversion – how can I hide these elements on only certain pages?

That worked wonderfully however there are some spacing issues on the page now, everything is pushing to the boarders with no padding whatsoever. I’ve linked the page and a video of what I’m talking about.

You add these margins and padding for the first row only and it works well. You didn’t add it to the second row with your custom shortcode.
