How to make cart totals section in the cart page sticky in scroll i attached screenshot.

Hello,

I am afraid it is not possible with custom CSS otherwise this block would overlay the header and footer.

Please consider using WooCommerce layouts builder https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/woocommerce-layouts-builder/?theme=woodmart

You can create your own template: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/shopping-cart-page-builder/

Then you can make any column sticky by means of the builder settings.
