how to make login popup instead of new page

Hello,
I saw the demo sites when click log in, a pop up window will appear on the right hand side and the new page to ‘my account’ will be opened only when users want to create the new account.
However, on my website, once I click log in, it will lead to ‘my account’ page directly. Is it possible to modify? Thank you.
